Hey fiends,
The time has come to state the things we want to achieve in the coming year, so here it goes. My new year’s resolution is to finish all the strange little projects I have lying around. It’s going to be a massive amount of work, but here is what I will get done this year.
- Learn how to move objects with my mind.
- Release the musical side project I’m recording in January.
- Find the abominable snowman.
- Finish writing the next Creature Feature album.
- Find out why my reanimation serum fails after only 24 hours.
- Finish my book of poems entitled “101 Ways To Die”.
- Drink more coffee.
- Finish the last 100 pages of a fiction novella I’ve been working on.
- Challenge the alligator I wrestled last year to a rematch.
- Unearth the hidden cache of gold doubloons marked on the tattered map I discovered in an old sailing book.

the key to the reanimation serum is it can’t be out in the light.

3. Figure out the secret of getting into an LA Artshow… without having to kiss the asses of annoying people. That said, I don’t think I’ll be able to complete this one. LOL!

5. Clean out spare bedroom… which may just contain long lost treasures of its own!!

My new years resolution was to not make a new years resolution, and I haven’t broken it yet!
1. Get the novel I’ve been working on into decent second draft shape.
2. Get into the habit of writing everyday, even if what I write is silly.
3. Draw more (realistically though; last year’s goal did not pan out the way I had wanted).
4. Spend less time on the internet (this will probably prove to be the hardest challenge).
5. Regain my attention span for reading.
6. Make myself a keyblade.
7. Stop being so frightened about the future.
8. Lose weight for me, not for society.
9. Save up money so I can finally say hello to the West Coast and all of my friends who live on that side of the graveyard.
10. Actually keep these resolutions in mind for the rest of the year.
And when you finish your novel, I gladly offer up my editing services to you because every writer could use an extra pair of eyes looking at their stuff (and I don’t mean the eyes you keep in the jar on your desk).

4. Finish the compilation of short stories my friend and I are working on.
5. FINALLY get started on a gigantic painting I’ve kept in the damp recesses of my cranium for a year now…

Wow..pretty ambitious. Okay,lets see:
1-Drink less coffee. Well,drink MORE decaf anyways…
2-Move out of my boring hometown,for one better,so I can be closer to my step-mom,as she’s about all the family I have left,that I care to claim
3-Finish up a website side-project,thats connected to my writing
4-HOPEFULLY ,go back to the World Pulse Festival,before the end of the decade
1. Draw more. A lot more.
2. Paint the Creature Feature painting I’ve been sketching over and over again.
3. Adopt more Living Dead Dolls, although my wallet may expire. I know alchemists, no problem.
4. Plant a pumpkin patch, hopefully those will succeed this year and turn into orange instead of warty green.
5. In case I have energy, write better essays. Optional.
6. Start to write a script for a comic. This was on the last year’s list too, we’ll see.
7. Visit graveyards much more often. I wouldn’t mind having a picnic there but sitting on someone’s grave doesn’t seem fair for the people six foot deep.
8. Practice ghostlike screaming, and if possible, banshee-like later on.
9. Watch more movies.
10. Make a properly flying broom and get a good insurance. Just in case a test flyer gets hurt.
11. Prepare for the zombie invasion.
I dare to say these are relatively easy to keep. Nothing great or special, but at least I have something to do.
–The reanimation syrum is from Reanimator! although the whole, Light thing.. I’m pretty sure that’s from Darkman.
my resolutions –

(4) To boycott Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland” – I love Tim, however.. I’m so sick of seeing merchandise for the damn film when it’s still 4 months away..

Hmm….your first resolution is going to be hard to complete.I myself have tried learning how to move objects with my mind.I’ll tell you this,it’s not easy.I sat in front of a spoon for hours trying to get it to move at least a little.All I got was a headache….

I don’t believe in New Years Resolutions. I think if you have the intention of doing something, you’re gonna do it no matter when you “officially” decide to do so. However, if I did have one I’d have to say that it would be to follow through and finish the project I started.

Ah, the new year’s resolution list. I didn’t have any until today because I don’t believe in consumerist holidays, but here goes!
1) Learn how to shut up (can’t do it for the life of me… thinkin of going to a monastery for that one… or learning sign language)

3) Go cross country Canada, because those people are so nice!
4) Move out of the city I unhappily occupy, and back to the general L.A. area
