Hello fiends,
I just wanted to announce that this Friday (3/18/11) at 5:00pm Pacific Time, Creature Feature will be releasing a brand new single entitled “The House Of Myth” for streaming and download on our official Bandcamp page. There you will be able to listen to the song in its entirety and have the ability to download it in the highest quality available for the standard single price of $1.29.
Just a single, then when’s the next album finally coming out?
Well, here is where I am trying a little experiment and let me clue you in to the future of Creature Feature, my company Villains And Vaudevillians, & my solo music project Rufus Rex. In the past few years the music industry has changed drastically and I’ve decided to forge my own path ahead and start my own record label under the “Villains & Vaudevillians” banner. Which means I will be self releasing the next Creature Feature single and my upcoming Rufus Rex album entitled Dead Beat.
What does this really mean?
Well, it means that I have some great future plans for Creature Feature & Rufus Rex, but they all rely on the release of our new upcoming singles. So, here is where you guys come in. Creature Feature would like nothing more than to just release new music as they record it with no long waits in-between. If enough people purchase the new single directly from our Bandcamp page, then our little experiment is successful and you will be getting a brand new Creature Feature song every single month for as long as we can inhumanly keep it up.
If you would like to hear new music every single month from Creature Feature, please check back this Friday (3/18/11) at 5:00pm Pacific Time to purchase and download our song, then tell all your friends to do the same, and help spread the word on your Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Blog, Tumblr, and any other website you use to share your thoughts.
If all goes well, we’ll be premiering a brand new Creature Feature song on the 13th of every month. Click the banner below to go to our official Bandcamp page:
Thanks again for all your ongoing support an stay weird,
~Curtis Rx
