In South Korea, a 68-year-old woman finally passed her driver’s license written exam after taking it 950 times. The now mobile woman has plunked down over $4,200 in application fees in her quest to drive a car. When asked by a local newspaper why she hadn’t given up after so many failed attempts, she stated the she needed the license for her produce business. The woman will have to save her victory speech for later though, because the battle for her license is only half over, she must pass the driving test next.

The most surprising part of this is that South Korea has driver tests. When do you think America will get those?
you would think she’d have it down after the 100th time
Having been to China, and assuming South Korea has similar driving habits…. I’m surprised they have tests too!
I just heard that South Korea passed a law making it legal to drive and watch television at the same time. And I thought LA drivers texting while driving was ridiculous….
o.O fuck…. 950? I remember that I never was catch my =O
oh my god auhauHUAHUHAuha 10 years already!

Geez lady… I would’ve given up after my 50th try and bought a bus pass instead.
you just gotta love her determination! I wish her good luck on the driving…it’s much harder than the written test.
awwww why not round it out to a good 1000? just seems like she made it a little early…
